为了改善超细铝丝矫直工艺质量,文中基于ABAQUS软件进行了超细铝丝矫直过程仿真。根据矫直工艺过程中线材的特性,对金属丝在矫直后的一些状态参数(矫直力、线材直线度、塑性形变和残余应力等)进行分析,通过对比材料矫直前后坐标的变化曲线,对矫直设备的整体构造参数、工艺技术参量及矫直方案的正确性进行分析和检验,为超细金属线材矫直理论的进一步完善以及探究如何改善矫直过程中工艺技术的相关参数配置提供参考依据。

In order to improve the straightening process for ultra-fine aluminum wires,the straightening process is simulated based on the ABAQUS software.According to the characteristics of wires in the straightening process,some state parameters(the straightening force,straightness of wire,plastic deformation and residual stress)of the straightened wires are analyzed.By comparing the curves of the changes in the coordinates before and after straightening,the integral structure parameters,technological parameters and the correctness of the straightening scheme of the straighteners are analyzed and checked.This study provides reference for further perfecting the straightening theory of ultra-fine metal wires and improving the configuration of related parameters in straightening process.
