为了研究均温燃烧器的温度均匀性,利用流体分析软件Fluent对燃烧器结构进行仿真分析,验证了结构设计的合理性,分析其不同截面下温度场的分布。结果 表明:距离气体进口表面为0.4 m时的火焰温度均匀性最好,温差最大不超过200 ℃; 火焰温度最高,理论最高温达到2 350 ℃。

In order to study the temperature uniformity of a uniform temperature burner,the fluid analysis software Fluent is used to simulate and analyze the burner's structure,the rationality of which is validated.The distribution of the temperature field of different cross sections is analyzed.The results show that where the flame is 0.4 m apart from the gas inlet surface,the uniformity of flame temperature is the best with the temperature difference not over 200 ℃,and the flame temperature is the highest,theoretically up to 2 350 ℃.
